Nasion (Na)
frontal
bone과 nasal bone이 형성하는 frontonasal suture이다.
만일
suture가 보이지 않으면 두 bone의 "V" notch나 contour의
deepest concavity에 잡는다.

notch가 open되어 있는 경우에는 상방점을 잡는다.

Orbitale (Or)
Bony
orbit의 inferior margin의 최하방점
3. Sella (Se)
Sella turcica의 geometric center
☞ 대개 condyle head의 superior margin은 porion과 거의 같은 level에 위치하며
porion은 basion의 직상방에 위치하는 경향이 있다.
