6. 많이 사용되는 Anchor 보강 장치의 제작과 사용
1) Nance Holding Arch
Reinforcing anchorage를 목적으로 edgewise장치에 보조 장치로서 사용 되며 일반적으로
소구치 발치 증례에서 사용되고 발치 공간 내로 절치와 견치의 원심이동 (distal drift)을 시키는 중에
구치의 근심 이동을 방지한다.
< 제작 방법 >
a. Banding on 6ㅣ6 with buccal tube
b. Impression taking and seating 6 l 6 band in the impression
c. Plaster pouring
d. wire bending on the working model
* lingual arch wire 는 palatal vault의 최고, 최전방 부위
(the highest & most anterior part) 에 전치 치근의 위쪽으로 구개 조직
(palatal tissue)의 표면을 따라 적합되며, 조직에 압박되었을 때 저항하기에
충분히 넓은 acrylic button으로 싸여 있게 된다.
e. Soldering the wire on the lingual surface of the hand
f.Acrylic build up on the working model
* 이 acrylic button은 구치의 근심 이동 경향 (mesial drift tendency)을 없애기 위해 충분히 넓은
부위에서 조직과 접촉해야 한다.

h. cementation 및 조정
특별한 sheath를 사용하면 removable type으로도 제작이 가능하다.
