Debonding
Debonding시에는 정확한 technique을 적용함으로써 iatrogenic damage를 주지 않는 것이 관건이다.
< 과정 >
1. bracket removal = orignal mothod twin beak plier의 tip을 bracket base의 mesial and distal edge에 대고 tooth surface와 base를 분리한다. = gentler method bracket wing을 mesiodisral로 잡고 가볍게 squeeze하여 제거한다. brittle, mobile, endodontically treated tooth에 유용한 방법 = recent technique anterior bracket remover사용하여 변형 없이 제거 tipe of force - peeling type force - shearing type force
2. removal of adhesive 많은 경우에 color의 유사성 때문에 불완전하게 제거된 상태로 지니게 된다.
< 방법 >
① Scraping : - supersharp bracket removeing plier, scaler - useful for curved tooth less useful for flat anterior tooth - risk for scratch mark ② bur : dome shaoed TC bur - # 1172, 1171, 1171L contrangle adequate speed - 30,000 rpm light painting movement ③ polishing tooth surface : optional step pumice - prophylactic paste
