         Chrome-Cobalt stainless alloy
    ¨Î Orthodontic band
        (1) strips, rolls, precut blanks ( precontoured )
        (2) preformed, contoured and seamless band
    ¨Ï anterior teeth ; 0.003" or 0.004" x 0.125"
         canine & premolar ; 0.004" x 0.150"
         molar ; 0.005" or 0.006" x 0.180" or 0.200"
