교정치료시에는 이러한 치아이동을 위해 Archwire bending이 필요하며 이러한 Archwire bending을
줄이고자 Andrews는 In/out, Angulation, Torque의 형태가 Bracket에 포함된 Preadjusted Edgewise
Appliance의 일종인 "Straight Wire Appliance("A" company)"를 개발하였다.

Non-programmed braket은 base의 두께가 일정하기 때문에 In/Out(first oder) bend가 필요하다.
